Kirk M. Fowkes

Mr. Fowkes joined the company as Director of Business Development and Alliances in January of 2008 bringing over 30 years of senior management experience in electrical power generation. Prior to joining Chapeau, Mr. Fowkes served as Vice President for a Cummins Engine distributor and Chief Operating Officer of a Caterpillar Equipment Dealer. This experience afforded Mr. Fowkes an excellent understanding of the distributed generation market as his management tenure in the engine distribution businesses saw the sales, distribution and support of thousands of generator installations. Mr., Fowkes has managed companies with annual sales in excess of $125 million with employment of over 400. He has sat on Executive committees and a number of Industry advisory panels. Mr. Fowkes has a BS in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
