Thermal Production:

Data is based on the production of hot water for domestic use at approximately 160°F and the use of an interposing heat exchanger for prime mover isolation. BPE products are capable of serving a wide range of thermal load requirements however overall module efficiency may be impacted by application specific requirements.

1) Thermal output and energy input based on engine manufacturer's     published data and exhaust cooled to 250°F

2) Electrical output based on  engine and generator manufacturer's     published data

3) HHV calculated as: LHV ÷ 0.9 = HHV (source: AGA)

4) Emissions after NSCR

Caterpillar holds the following tolerances for published information:
Power: +/- 3%
Fuel Rate: +/- 5%
Exhaust Temperature: +/- 8%
JW Heat Rejection: +/- 10%
Exhaust Heat Rejection: +/- 10%
Ambient Radiation: +/- 50%
