BluePoint Energy Announces Strategic Alliance with URS Corporation
Companies to Jointly Market BPE® Lean-One® Combined Heat and Power Systems
Energy Solutions Center February 2003 Conference, Jacksonville, Florida, February 12, 2003 - Chapeau, Inc. dba BluePoint Energy ("BPE®") announced today from the Energy Solutions Center Conference in Jacksonville, Florida, that it has entered into a Strategic Alliance ("Alliance") with URS Corporation ("URS"), one of the world's leading engineering firms, to provide engineering and installation services utilizing the BluePoint Lean-One® Cogeneration System. The Lean-One® System incorporates state-of-the-art technological and emission innovations to the burgeoning distributed generation industry.
URS and BPE® see advantages of forming a Strategic Alliance. BluePoint and URS will formalize a management structure for the Alliance, establish guiding principles and objectives for marketing the system, and URS will provide the engineering services required for the implementation of the Lean-One® System worldwide.
