BluePoint Energy Announces First Showcase Center Installation
URS Corporation to Manage Installation at Embassy Suites Site in Santa Ana, CA
Granite Bay, California, May 27, 2003 - Chapeau, Inc. dba BluePoint Energy ("BPE®") announced today it has selected the Embassy Suites Hotel of Santa Ana, CA for the first Showcase Center installation featuring BPE®'s Lean-One® 260 kW Cogeneration System as a direct result of its Joint Strategic Agreement announced last November. The Embassy Suites Hotel is strategically located in a highly visible area of central Orange County, ten minutes from John Wayne Airport. Pending definitive agreements the partners plan to commission the BPE® Lean-One® System by mid-August.

In addition, we are pleased to announce that URS Corporation, the largest engineering design firm in the United States with whom we entered into a strategic alliance this past February to market the BPE® Lean-One® System worldwide, will manage installation at the project site encompassing engineering, permitting, and construction.
