BluePoint Energy Announces Agreement with Sempra Energy Solutions
Granite Bay, Calif., Aug. 6, 2003 - Chapeau, Inc. dba BluePoint Energy has entered into a Teaming Agreement with Sempra Energy Solutions, a subsidiary of Sempra Energy Global Enterprises and Fortune 500 energy-services company.
The agreement calls for BluePoint Energy and Sempra Energy Solutions to solicit one or more proposals, or accept unsolicited proposals, to perform economic feasibility studies, design, finance, construct, own, operate and maintain energy-conservation measures.
Under terms of the agreement, Sempra Energy Solutions will use BluePoint Lean-One® Systems -- cogeneration systems that incorporate state-of-the-art technological and emission innovations to the burgeoning distributed generation industry.
Sempra Energy Solutions and BluePoint Energy believe a cooperative effort between the two companies and other potential team members will offer customers optimum performance, cost, and delivery.
The agreement covers the U.S. domestic market, with initial efforts in the Western United States.
