BluePoint Energy announces order for Lean One® CHP Module for U.S. Government Project in Northern California

El Dorado Hills, Calif., September 30, 2005 - Chapeau, Inc. dba BluePoint Energy announced today that it has received a purchase order for a BluePoint Energy Lean-One® CHP Module to be installed at the Frank Hagel United States Federal Building in Richmond, California. The installing contracting firm shall be Gammill Electric, Inc. of Whittier, California on behalf of Sempra Energy Services Company. The end user of the equipment, the Frank Hagel United States Federal Building, houses the Western Region Headquarters of the United States Social Security Administration.

BluePoint CEO, Guy A. Archbold, commented, "With this singular project, we have been able to demonstrate our ability to bring together BluePoint Energy's state-of-the-art distributed generation technology via a major U.S. utility, a United States Federal Building, and a United States Federal Agency; thus further validating our reputation and ability to provide reliable, efficient, economic, and ultra-clean power and energy for a mission critical application."

Archbold continued, "In addition to this significant milestone in our Company's history, it is important to also recognize that the Embassy Suites Hotel in Santa Ana, California, our state-of-the-art CHP Showcase Center in conjunction with The Southern California Gas Company, is slated to begin operations in November. Furthermore, our integrated cooling and heating module, the product of a technology development project jointly funded by the California Energy Commission (The Energy Commission), will be installed and commissioned by December of this year at the Normandie Casino in Southern California. The Energy Commission has noted that the implications of a successful ICHM™ technology can be substantial relative to future public and corporate commercial and environmental benefits. In addition to these significant developments, BluePoint recently successfully commissioned a Lean-One® CHP Module in conjunction with chilling technology at a plastic injection molding manufacturer in Southern California and will be commissioning a recently added Lean One® CHP Module at the Chaminade Conference Center and Hotel in Santa Cruz, California.

"In light of the recent emphasis being placed upon the development of distributed generation as well as the emphasis placed on many publicly traded companies that participate in this market, it is clear with this most recent order along with recent and upcoming installations, that BluePoint Energy's technology offering for the distributed generation marketplace is now firmly entrenched and supported by major corporate alliance partners, major U.S. utilities and energy developers, and the State of California Energy Commission. In view of the rapidly growing need for reliable, efficient and ultra-clean energy in states such as California, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut, along with the rebuilding efforts now underway as a result of significant hurricane damage throughout the Gulf States, BluePoint is now well positioned to maximize its technology along with its build, own, operate, and maintain (BOOM) business model."
